Digital products
All products sold on Ailleurs are digital travel guides delivered as downloadable files. No physical items are shipped.
Access and delivery
Access to the guide is provided immediately after purchase via a download link and/or email confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-physical medium once the download or access has begun, provided that the customer has given prior consent and expressly waived their right of withdrawal.
Customer acknowledgement
By purchasing a guide, you:
- request immediate access to the digital product
- acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are issued once the guide has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the file, please contact us at hello@ailleurs.guide, and we will ensure you receive the product or provide an appropriate solution.
