These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ailleurs. website and the purchase of digital products and services.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Provider

Ailleurs. is operated by Vincent de Pizzo, micro-entrepreneur registered in France.

2. Products and services

Ailleurs. offers:

Digital travel guides (predefined, downloadable files)
Custom itinerary services (personalized travel planning delivered digitally)

No physical products are shipped.

3. Orders and access

All purchases are processed through the website.

Digital guides are delivered immediately after payment via download link and/or email.
Custom itineraries are delivered after a preparation period, depending on the scope and selected options.

You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout.

No account is required to purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once access has begun.

By placing an order, you:

expressly request immediate access to digital products
acknowledge that this results in the loss of your right of withdrawal

For custom itinerary services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once work has begun with your agreement.

5. Refunds

Digital guides

No refunds are issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Custom itinerary services

Due to their personalized nature, no refunds are issued once work has started.

If a technical issue prevents delivery or access, you may contact hello@ailleurs.guide.

6. Custom itinerary services

Custom itineraries are created based on the information provided by the customer.

You are responsible for:

providing accurate preferences, constraints, and travel details
reviewing the delivered itinerary

Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on the scope and selected options.

Revisions

The service includes one round of reasonable revisions after delivery.
Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

7. Add-ons

Optional services may be offered at the time of purchase. These modify the scope or delivery conditions of the service.

Priority processing

Reduces delivery time. This does not guarantee immediate delivery but prioritizes your request.

On-trip support

Provides limited assistance during your trip, subject to the following conditions:

Support is provided remotely only (no physical presence)
Communication is handled via email or agreed channel
Responses are provided within a reasonable timeframe (not instant or continuous availability)
The service is intended for guidance and assistance, not real-time travel management

On-trip support does not include:

emergency services
bookings or reservations made on your behalf
24/7 availability

8. Use of products

All content is provided for personal use only.

You may not:

reproduce, distribute, or resell the content
share files publicly or privately
use content for commercial purposes without permission

All content remains the property of Ailleurs.

9. Technical requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software allow access to digital files.

10. Liability

The guides and itineraries provide curated travel information for general guidance.

Ailleurs. does not guarantee:

accuracy or completeness at all times
availability or conditions of locations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ailleurs. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or services.
