On-trip support gives you a point of contact while you’re traveling if something needs to be adjusted — for example, reworking a day, suggesting alternatives, or helping you adapt to unexpected changes. It’s meant to guide and assist, not to replace full-time concierge or booking services.
Do you handle bookings?
