These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on the Ailleurs. website. They complement the Terms of Service.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Products and services
Ailleurs. offers:
- Digital travel guides (downloadable files)
- Custom itinerary services (personalized travel planning)
No physical goods are shipped.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
As a micro-entrepreneur, Ailleurs. is not subject to VAT:
VAT not applicable, Article 293B of the French General Tax Code
Prices may be modified at any time, but the price applied is the one at the time of purchase.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal).
4. Delivery
Digital guides
Delivered immediately after payment via download link and/or email.
Custom itineraries
Delivered within an indicative timeframe depending on the scope and selected options.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- to digital products once access has begun
- to personalized services once execution has started
By placing an order, you expressly request immediate execution and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right.
6. Refunds
Digital guides
No refunds after download or access.
Custom itineraries
No refunds once work has begun.
7. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- ensuring access to digital files
- reviewing delivered content
